Wait, so why is the Bedlington haircut a thing? I know poodle cuts are supposed to be to protect their joints in cold water but that’s the only breed I’ve seen before with a distinctive/recognized haircut. What’s the reasoning for the Bedlington terrier?

Lots of breeds have distinctive haircuts. I believe it is just for show, no reason other than to have a standard look.

This is Marlon my friends dog, she almost hit him with her car…

This is Marlon my friends dog, she almost hit him with her car because he was running around a busy street and after a while of looking for a new owner decided to keep him. He is very huge (that’s one of the reasons why it was so hard to find a new home for him). He is 40 kg and almost 70 cm. He is honestly a dog for first time owners, he is unproblematic and very attached and devoted to his owner, he listens to each command and comes back when you whistle even just once. He likes other dogs and cats, he isn’t super hyped and doesn’t need to be occupied all the time, an hour or two of walking and tugging on his toys is perfectly fine for him. He is a little special because his face is crooked and looks like he’s smirking all the time.

This is my 11th month old pup George. He is a German Shorthaired pointer who loves eating anything he can get his paws on. He is also the friendliest dog on Earth, and possibly the largest GSP! (He weighs 41kg!) @frohzin

So I was thinking about submitting a picture of my dog for your guess the breed thing and have read the rules and whatnot. I was just wondering if it is alright to send in a dog where the breed is very not noticeable. He really doesn’t look like anyone else of his breed, which is two pure breds mixed.

Yes thats the best kind
