These two lovable bonded dogs are Raymond (rottie mix) and Sadie (basset hound). They love to do just about anything together and cannot be adopted out separately! They would need a large fenced-in yard to play around in as they love to run and play tag with one another! They’re very big, lovable dogs that need another chance for a loving family.
They were found abandoned at a house with barbed wire wrapped around their mouths so they couldn’t bark, leaving them with permanent scars. We believe it may have been a large, muscular man as they can be very nervous around larger men.
They’ve been at Griffin Pond Animal Shelter for nearly a year now. I believe if anyone is willing to make the drive to the shelter they can adopt, as we don’t ship dogs out.
