I do not alter submission captions; Especially when they’re ignorant. I believe the best way to educate someone is to allow their submission to be posted, and for followers to provide knowledge to the submitter.
Most submitters do not have many followers, therefore no one to inform them of the harm they create for their dog. There are plenty of times that a submission makes me cringe, but I post it to create an uproar and hopefully promote change.
